Radley Projects is female-founded, and we take equality and access seriously. We are proud to work across cultures and believe network connections in remote spaces or with people of diverse backgrounds can result in surprising, smart, skillful, and important developments. We seek to reduce barriers and increase opportunity.

To demonstrate our values, we created a hybrid one-for-one scholarship program. For each new client we serve, space is held for one leadership coaching session at a reduced fee for an individual that may:

identify as agender, transgender, non-binary, queer or Two-Spirit

be an immigrant or refugee

be physically located in a remote community or transitioning economy

be a veteran

identify as female

identify as indigenous

have a disability

have reduced financial advantage

Additionally, for each participant enrolled in a 2019 online program, we hold space for another individual. Simply put, if you enroll, you create an opportunity for someone else to join too. We can hold the space for a scholarship participant (above) or a friend or colleague.

We work with clients regardless of race, religion, national or ethnic origin, color, sex, age or physical or mental disability.
